  • ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cloves (optional)
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • A few ice cubes (for texture)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the apple: Peel and chop your apple into small chunks for easier blending.

  • Taste and adjust: Add more cinnamon, maple syrup, or milk depending on your taste and desired thickness.
