Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and diced) or 1 ½ cups canned peaches (drained)
  • ½ cups canned peaches (drained)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tbsp black pepper
  • ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Sauté the Peaches
    In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and diced peaches. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Step 2: Add Other Ingredients
    Stir in ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and all the spices. Mix well.
  • Step 3: Simmer & Blend
    Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the peaches are completely soft, use an immersion blender (or a regular blender) to puree the sauce until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can mash the peaches with a fork instead.
  • Step 4: Adjust & Store
    Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Let it cool before transferring to a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
