  • 1/4 Cup Yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine Dry
  • 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Instructions
 

Soak the mustard in white wine to help them soften and release their natural flavours.

    After the marination is complete, blend the mustard and other ingredients until the mustards reaches the desired consistency.

      Add brown sugar or honey to adjust sweetness or reduce the amount of brown mustard to reduce spiciness.

        Store the mustard in mason jar and put it in a refrigerator for further use.
